Qualifications
BACKGROUND
Reynolds Drilling Corporation, (RDC), was established in 1991 in response to the growing need for drilling services in the environmental and geotechnical markets. Since its inception RDC has performed numerous investigations at waste disposal sites, agri-chemical facilities, LUST sites, and environmental audit sites. RDC has also performed geotechnical and foundation drilling services for a large variety of projects.
PERSONNEL
RDC maintains ongoing training programs for field personnel which include OSHA 40 Hour Hazardous Materials Site Worker Training, OSHA Medical Monitoring, USDOT certifications and physicals, plus annual and random testing for use of controlled substances. We also have Railroad and MSHA training on an as-needed basis.
RDC has on staff two bucket rig crews, three test rig crews, a probe unit crew, laboratory and office staff, and support personnel.
EQUIPMENT
RDC maintains and operates the following fleet of auger / rotary drill rigs: CME 45, CME 55, CME 75, 2 each CME 550 ATV, CME 850 track ATV, CME 1050 ATV, Diedrich D25 skid rig. These rigs are equipped with tooling and most options, and are capable of drilling to several hundred feet.
Also RDC has direct push capabilities including a skid steer mounted Hurricane rig, a Skid Steer mounted AMS 9600 Probe unit, and a track mounted Geoprobe 6620DT, all of which are capable of switching between direct push and auger capabilities.
Large diameter borings i.e. remediation wells or landfill gas recovery wells can be drilled with our Gus Pech H-48 Boring Machines (bucket rigs) capable of 42 in diameter to 125 +/- ft deep.
Support equipment for the drilling operations include flatbed and stake bed trucks, equipment trailers, Caterpillar and Case backhoes, Semi tractors with lowboy and tanker trailers, pickup trucks, pressure washers, steam cleaners, air compressors, down-the-hole hammersand other drill and shop tools.
RDC also maintains a soils laboratory which includes permeability panels, vibratory table, and other laboratory apparatus required for gradations, soil plasticity, hydrometer analysis, compaction criteria, and AASHTO/USCS classifications.
INSURANCE
RDC maintains a complete package of commercial insurance including $2,000,000.00 of general liability and pollution liability.

Douglas W, Hischke, PG, President, is a Licensed Water Well Driller in Indiana, Professional Geologist in Kentucky, and a Licensed Monitor Well Driller and Pump Installer in Missouri. Mr. Hischke has 25+ years of experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling, including deep and shallow foundations, bridges, dams, lagoons and impoundments. Environmental experience includes: LUST sites, RCRA sites, CERCLA sites , and environmental property audits.
Charles E. Jolly, P.G., Vice President, is a Licensed Professional Geologist in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Missouri. Mr. Jolly has 35+ years of experience in environmental and geotechnical drilling and well system installations, mineral exploration, and water well drilling.
Andy Wiesenhofer, Drilling Supervisor, is an Illinois Licensed Water Well Driller and Pump Installer with 25+ years of experience in environmental, geotechnical and water well drilling, abandonment's, and pump system installations.
James Hamilton Service Manager, is an Illinois Licensed Water Well Driller and Pump Installer with 15 years experience, focused on pump installation, maintenance and abandonments.
